Ibiza
offers everything to give you a holiday
to remember, unspoiled beaches, crystalline
waters, picturesque countryside and some
rugged coastlines.
FOOD
AND DRINK
You
cannot leave Ibiza without having eaten
Paella, it`s a traditional dish of saffron
rice & a choice of meats & seafood,
slowly cooked in their own juices. Tapas
is another favorite, small sized portions
of cooked fish, meat and poultry. For
those with a sweet tooth try Flao, like
a cheesecake made with herbs and honey.
Remember Spanish measures are more generous
than at home - sometimes triple! .. so
be careful. The famous Spanish drink is
Sangria. Basically its wine with added
spirits, liqueurs and chopped fruit.
Restaurants open for lunch between noon
to 3.30pm, Dinner is served from 6.30pm
